SEEDLINGS: HELP US MAKE AN EXHIBITION

This autumn, SEEDLINGS is becoming an exhibition project!

From September to November, our young artists aged 4–11 will take part in three special SEEDLINGS workshops, creating work that will come together in a group exhibition at Haarlem Artspace Gallery.

Each workshop will explore a different idea and way of making — from birds and giant plants to shapes, patterns and printing. Children will have the freedom to experiment, make their own choices and develop their ideas, with gentle support and starting points for younger artists.

The aim isn't to make everything look the same. We want to see what happens when lots of different young imaginations come together.

Led by experienced art educator Katy, SEEDLINGS encourages curiosity, confidence, self-expression and creative exploration. There’s no pressure to make a perfect finished artwork—just space to experiment, make a mess and enjoy the process. Parents and carers are asked to stay throughout the session and support their child where needed. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for art-making. Aprons and protective bibs will be available.
