Gunther Walker
Gunther Walker is a London-based music industry professional, photographer and creative, with a career spanning artist management, business affairs and music production. Born in 1969 to an English father and German mother, he grew up bilingual and studied Commercial Music at the University of Westminster. He has worked with artists, composers and record producers through Solar Management, while continuing to develop his own creative practice.
Walker returned to photography in recent years, inspired by his grandfather’s Leica camera and a lifelong connection to image-making. His photography explores everyday landscapes, people and moments with a thoughtful, observational approach, including work made during walks in the Peak District. His practice sits naturally alongside his work in the creative industries, bringing together music, photography and a deep curiosity about the world around him.
